COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff members are a top priority. We comply with the COVID-19 Regulations and industry protocols directed by the Government and the TBCSA.
- All staff are wearing masks and/face screens and maintain a safe distance. Our staff members also wash their hands regularly with the appropriate soap and water.
- Training is provided on required hygiene and social distancing practices and practised by all employees.
- All staff are continuously checked for possible symptoms
- All facilities are thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and disinfected on a regular basis.
- Appropriate disinfectants are used.
- Sanitiser (with a minimum of 70% alcohol content) is available throughout the property for use by staff and guests
- Hand sanitisers are placed at each of the entrances where guests can disinfect their hands
- All work surfaces are disinfected before and after each use.
- Rooms are cleaned according to government guidelines.
- Laundry is washed at a temperature of at least 60 degrees, carpets are vacuumed regularly and tiled floor is swept and mopped with disinfectant.
- All bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected daily.
